Novice needs a quick pointer 1

I really goofed and I won't bore everyone with details. But I seem to have nuked the flash memory on a brand new Cisco 837 ADSL router while trying to switch it from CRWS to SDM. No I did not back it up. This is my first stab at configing cisco hardware. If anyone could point me to a good refrence for how to bring my router back to life it would be much appreciated, I can't find anything obvious on cisco's web site.
