Novell Groupwise error when printing

A user on the help desk gets this error when trying to print an email from Groupwise. He gets the "printing" graphic and it hangs and then gives him his error.
He can print from other apps fine, has re-installed Groupwise and his printers. Any ideas are appreciated.
"Novell GroupWise 32-bit Windows Client has encountered a problem and needs to be closed. We are sorry for the inconvenience" click Don't send and I get "The instruction at '0x03a0273b' referenced memory at '0x03a60048'. The memory could not be read" which pops up 4 times when trying to print an email from GroupWise using File\Print. Tried to use the print icon and I get the same result

1/24/2003 8:50:21 AM - I deleted and readd the printers as per Barb's request and I get the same result. More Infoing Barb -- Bryan Rudd

1/24/2003 9:23:07 AM - Unable to locate any information on the error. Brian is going to clean up his hard drive and run scan disk and reprint. If the error continues we have uninstall groupwise and reinstall. -- Barbara Dunn

1/24/2003 12:38:25 PM - Cleaned up harddrive and ran scandisk but I still get the same errors when trying to print from GroupWise -- Bryan Rudd

1/24/2003 1:19:28 PM - Michele came over and had my go into GroupWise under Tool\Options\Documents\Ingetrations and deselect Enable integrations. Tried to print again and got the same errors.

Michele unistalled and reinstalled GroupWise went into Tool\Options\Documents\Ingetrations and Enbal integrations is not selected. Tried to print but again I got the errors. More Infoing Barb -- Bryan Rudd

1/28/2003 8:12:32 AM - Had Bryan do a search on the workstation for the file "gwclu1us.dll ". If the file is not located requested he go to I:\RHD\Utilities\GroupWise\ and copy the file to c:\novell\groupwise. He will then restart groupwise and advise whether he can now print from groupwise without the error.. -- Barbara Dunn

1/29/2003 6:25:39 AM - Did a search for the file and found it under c:\novell\groupwise. Advised Barb and she said she would have to look into this further -- Bryan Rudd
