Latest Client and log in and map a drive (DATA volume to N:) All seems OK

Browse to the drive. See the folders and files in N:\. Click on anyone(file or folder). Immediate message that the drive is not available and from there on it cannot be browsed or anything.
Reboot, remap and all's well until you click on something and it all starts again

Capture LPT1: to a network printer and all's well. It works and is still there when you reboot.

Any ideas????

There's a TID somewhere about that, and I've run into it.. Usually have only DOS name space and an older Novell client. Somethng about handles running out.

Anyway, the fix is to use a newer novell client. you didnt' list what you'[re using, so I don't know if this will help or not.

also, make sure you do a custom install and use IPX only (assuming this is your only Novell server).
