Notify Screen will not go away....

The Groupwise 'Notify' screen, (with the guy on it), remains on screen after Groupwise loads. I have 3 users that this is effecting. Has anyone seen this before?

I have tried to close Notify and re-open.

I have reinstalled, this worked, but the problem came back later.

Any thoughts?
