Am using back up exec software and I have set up the notifications. In the operator attention needed, I get Email messages every 15 min. Is there any way to reduce that to just one message

if u get any replies, please forward them to:U.Schnorr@Behringer.De . We have the same problem, without ANY solution and 792 E-Mails this weekend! I would be very glad to get a fix.
