Notification Issue

I am having an issue when trying to set up message notification on one DN. The only option it gives me is for an EXT. I need to set up the notification so I can get the Phone and Pager options as well. Thanks in advance, Neal

look at the remote notification class of service, that determines which options you see

I am sorry if I sound stupid but I am new to this. Under what Admin funciton is that?
