We upgraded from notes r5.011 to r6.5.1 on WIN2K FR2 about 2 weeks ago. With R6.5.1 intermittently when a citrix user closes the app it hangs causing a call to the help desk to reset the session. It's happening a lot as our typical user accidentally clicks the "X" throughout the day instead of minimizing. It seems if the user closes all the open databases there’s a better chance the app will close. Anyone have any ideas how to fix?
