Hey there - I am pretty sure I have this resolved, but I thought I would stick this out here in hopes that I can get another viewpoint on it.
I have a Lotus 4.6 client that makes repeating invitations through calendar. These repeating invitations include 5-10 people.
The problem is this - When an invitation is repeating, the client can not see who was invited. This is a person that makes a lot of meetings on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, and she needs to see who was invited.
-If anyone gets the chance, can you create a test repeating invitation in your environment, and let me know when you go into the calendar entry, if you can see who you invited?
-Secondly - Do you think the Tech Note from Lotus covers my current issue? - The article only covers the STATUS of the invities.
Thanks very much.

I pulled this off of the Lotus Support Site.
When you send a repeating meeting invitation using the Calendaring & Scheduling feature of Notes 4.5x/4.6x Client and Domino 4.5x/4.6x Server, no status responses, such as accept or decline, are sent back to you from the invitees.
Solution:
The repeating meeting invitation always defaults to "I don't want responses from the Invitees." When you save the invitation, the "I don't want responses from the Invitees" checkbox in the invitation is automatically checked.
Additionally, when the repeating invitation is sent, the invitees do not see Accept and Decline action buttons when they open the invitation as they do when you send a non-repeating invitation; they instead see the Add to Calendar action button. This action button does not send any notice back to the Chairperson when the invitee clicks it. Therefore, when the Chairperson views the invitation after the invitees add the invitation to their calendars, the status for each invitee will not appear. The repeating invitation is considered a "broadcast" and does not accommodate for accept/decline responses from invitees.
In contrast, if the Chairperson sends a standard, non-repeating invitation, the Accept and Decline buttons are present, and when an invitee clicks either one, a response document is sent to the Chairperson, which populates a Status field. You can view this Status by opening the meeting and clicking the Display Invitee Responses button.
Notes 4.5x/4.6x is working as it was designed to. This aspect of Calendaring & Scheduling was redesigned in Notes 5.x Client and Domino 5.x Server. The chairperson can now see invitee responses to repeat meetings.[/c] [sig]<p>"Drawing on my fine command of<br><a href=mailto: anongod@hotmail.com> anongod@hotmail.com</a><br><a href= > </a><br>[/sig]
