Not to show access Menu bar

When opening a .mde database the main access menu bar is shown on top of screen before the .mde database is open.
Can anyone help me to disable this bar.

Create a custom Menu Bar for your application, even if it's only a File | Exit menu. Then in the Tools | Startup, select this menu when the application opens.
