Not sure what causes this error in Excel from time to time

Lately I've been getting this error when I open Excel and then the application crashes. Can you tell me the reason? Thanks

Do you get it with every workbook or only one. If it is every workbook, it looks like you may need to reinstall. If, only one, could be a wb open event. Hold down shift whilst openeing to stop it running and then have a look
