Not show drop downs for a certain row

A) i have 2 drop downs and a text box in a grid
B) drop down B doesnt get loaded until a choice from drop down A is selected.
C) if that value is not selected from drop down A then i want drop down B to not even be visible but if the correct value is selected i need the drop down to be loaded and bound visible and bound. Is this possible??

Yes it's possible. You can either do it in javascript or set the AutoPostback to True and do it on the server.
