Not ready Key not working

Hello All,

Wondering if you can help me. I have an 1140, when I log into the phone, I press not ready and the phone does not go not ready. MakesetSetBsy works ok. Not ready key is programmed on Key 02.

Deleted the key and put it back on, worked fine
