HI,
When I try to connect to my watchguard 2500 via Microsoft VPN client, I get a message that I don't have permission to log in, or that my user isn't part of the pptp_users group. Has anyone experienced this, and if so, what was done to correct it.

Thanks,
Don

When you created your account, did you make it a part of the pptp_users group?

Yes, I am part of the pptp_users group in AD, and I have permission to dial in as well.

You said you were connecting to the Watchguard via VPN. If you do that, the user you use to connect to the Watchguard has to be part of the pptp_users group in the Watchguard, not in your AD.

Yes, I am part of that group as well, that is why I am confused as to why it isn't working.
