Not In List Message 1

Hi all,

Just a quick question? What's the best way to get rid of the "The text you entered isn't an item in the list" message. I've created my own msg box, but Access97 always shows it's standad msg after mine...

Within the block in the on not in list event where you've put your message box, also enter the line:

[tt]response = acdataerrcontinue[/tt]

which tells access to not show the default message.
