Hi all,
I have a problem that is driving me insane! I have two regional sales mgrs. that both have broadband accounts with Roadrunner. When they send mail to my mail server they get the can't relay error. They have not had this problem up until about a week ago. These are the only two people that I have heard that have been unable to get mail through our server. They also state that they have no problems with sending mail to other domains and have verified it. I have made some changes to the network in the last couple of weeks. I have installed a test lab for Exchange 2003 and am using the same Internet connection as the main mail server to test mail capabilities. Could this server possibly be a problem? I have shut it off since then, but still no luck. I have also installed a spam blocking list in message filtering via the FAQ area of this forum. I'm wondering if this could be giving me problems. I have tried to remove the list via the registry, but all the keys have disappeared. Is this normal? What happens if I recreate the appropriate keys to remove the list? If anyone has some ideas I would appreciate the help.
Thanks,
jstew
