I'm running nt40 server. when I try to start the server service I get an error that says "not enough server storage is available to process this command". Can anybody help me?

Download and install the latest NT4.0 Service Pack (6a).
If you change drivers or install hardware in the machine you need to reinstall the service pack since some OEM driver install programs replace service pack updates with custom or older drivers.
