Not displaying PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED on websites not found

When I try to access a webpage that does not exist, instead of getting the PAGE CANNOT BE DISPLAYED error, I am being routed to my website (that I am hosting on my webserver)

Sounds like a DNS issue, but I dont host my own DNS server, I am using DNS2go (Dynamic DNS) to address that issue.

Any suggestions?
