Advance thanks to all for giving great support to me doing forward,

I have instalation of s8300/g450 with 8 analogue trunks.Whenever calls landing from external through analogue trunk to stations , if no one pick the calls(or phone) ,the originator disconnect the call but the station still ringinging for long time. Its not disconnecting. Can any one gives me good advice....???????????

This is a common issue on analog trunks, you cannot do something about it. There is no disconnect supervision on analog trunks, like ISDN. Why not upgrade it to ISDN 10 or increase the number of your analog lines.

Thanks for ur quick reply...i think i have updated some thing abt different..i have check again...the real problem is that ,,,all calls are landing to operator phone from there its transfering to specific extention so issue is comes up with transferring time only...direct call landing and call disconnecting working perfectly..only prblm in call transfer from external calls to internal statin from inernal main phone...

uzumaki,

here in russia we fight analog lines with special devices called busy tone detectors. take a look:
alberto111,

for s8300/g450 you can try using internal busy tone disconnect detection that is built in communication manager. problem with it is that it just eats up tone detection ports like crazy - one port per call per analog line - but with 8 analog lines and g450 that would be all right, as g450 has lots of tone detection resources. you can turn this option on system-parameters country-options screen, it's called "Enable Busy Tone Disconnect for Analog loop-start Trunks".

hdwalin,

We also have it in my home town, however its too expensive, better to install ISDN line instead. They cost it tooo high per port.

uzumaki,

it's always better to use isdn if it's available, but that's not always the case. as for cost, i remember it was like $30 or $35 per port, is that too much?
