Not all users get results

I have a report that uses running totals and not much else.
The report runs fine for me but I have found that 2 of 3 users I tested get no data returned when they run the report.
I have checked all the users crystal directories and they all match. Permissions are all correct. Other reports run just fine.
These are complied reports from Crystal version 7. We run across a Citrix/Terminal server based network so I know everybody is using the same version and data.
