I'm testing routing for customer to have option to leave a VM while holding in Queue...If I use a 4 digit VDN for testing, I will get the VM box for the Extension I have in the Vector. But if I use one of my 6-digit VDN's with the same vector, I just get the general VM message, to access your VM box select # (appeared to directly dial my VM system instead of route to the VM extension in the vector).

Is this something simple I'm missing. Just a side note, just started implementing 6-digit VDN's.

If you have a mix of 4 and 6 digit extensions then you need to make sure your messaging can handle both.
Make sure your private numbering table in CM has an entry for 6-digit just like 4-digit.

updating Private numbering table fixed the issue...Thanks a bunch.
