Hi All,

I discoverd yesterday that local calls are not being sent over the CDR port. So, i went to LD 21 and printed all the RDB settings for all routes and i found out that the CDR is set to no on the PRI route (which is used for local outgoing calls). So i went to LD 16 and i set the CDR to YES, but it is not saved hence when i go to LD 21 it still shows CDR NO. Any help would be very much appreciated.

I think CDR is a gate opener and you have to answer yes to at least one of the options to save as in INC or OAL

Thank you for the tip trvlr1, you're right i have to set the options that come after (sorry, i'm an I.T Manager and I'm new to this PBX Management), I found my way and i was able to solve the problem, all calls are coming through to the CDR now.

phonz1, as you requested here's the route 99, anything in particular that i should pay attention to in this route?

no, you are good to go! I noticed that you have ISA trunks and they are a little bit different when you configure them!
