Not able to send from internet site

Hi Guys,

I am using microsoft exchange 2000 server in my premises and in desktop system I am using netscape mail box.
My problem is when i go to any internet site and if i find the email address is there and i want to send a mail to that email ID(Click on the email address) I get the pop up windows of new email but when i click on the send I get the SMTP addrees error message.
Can anybody tell me how to solve this?
