Nostar 0x32 6.1 backup restore RAD

if i have Rls 6.1 backup can i restore entire programing on another 0x32 ?

Yes as long as it is the exact same software.
If it had a PRI Enabler that would need to be migrated via KRS/Ticket to the new SYSID

And do you have the command to setup a calls in mexico region 2, the commands inside r2mfc card in the manual comes the nostar ox32 parametroa

I have a manual of r2mfc card, i install the card and make outside calls i cant recive calls ... looks strange

I do not know sorry.
For inbound calls start with "Target Lines" and make sure you have programmed the received digits.
If the Carriers sends 4 digits then program the last 4 digits of the phone number.

As for backup with the RAD I should have mentioned you must install the same modules and cards for it to boot up proper.
