Since I ran the recent Office XP SR-3, each time I mark an incoming email as "This is Spam" (NIS 2004), the Outlook Toolbar is locked up. None of the toolbar buttons work (like delete, send/receive, purge) unless I close outlook and re-open it. I can right click on messages and delete them, but nothing on the Toolbar works.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
