Norton AV & Recycle Bin

I have NAV 2003 (Win98 2nd ed) and it has taken over complete control of my Recycle Bin. I've been through all the menus in NAV, etc., I've tried all the various options regarding the Bin and nothing works.

I just want my old fashoined Wastebasket back.

Any suggestions?

I believe that there is a fix for this problem from SYMANTEC that involves editting the registry. Try their site
