Norton antivirus CE 7.5 client error on floppy scan

NAV CE 7.5 client gives error:

"scan failure: Unable to read the configuration"
when users try to scan the floppy drive. Works ok for administrators.

Have check permissions on NAV folder and virusprotect6 registry key.

Any suggestions?
