I have installed Norton 2004 on 5 computers. I was installing it on my mothers and it told me that I couldn't activate it because I have exceeded my users. I called Norton and they said one license per machine. Is that new this year? Anyway around it would be greatful. What do they think that by not giving me the code I will run out and buy another cd? If anything I would tell my customers how much of a scum sucking leaches they are!
I've always been A Norton supporter but after this hmmmmm.
Thanx in advance.
Cindy

Symantec is following Microsoft's lead [and other software publishers] in restricting use of a program to one computer [more if the license agreement allows it], all in the name of AntiPiracy of software. The End User License Agreements [EULA] have always stated that but only recently has it been enforced, the ability of CD copying may have contributed.
