Hi all

we have big issue with Nortel Viewer Installation Rls 6.0, we have follow the documentation as well, but when we try to log into home page by typing either (

http://hostname/Nortel

or

http://hostname/witness)

we got this error:

Unable to log you in,please contact administrator. objPortal GetMarkup failed in Portal.ASP
Please does any one see this error before ?

thanks..but I have restarted IIS services many times but with the same issue..i think it is ossue of com plus application connectivity with eware database.. how to check that?
