hello all,

We currently have one location and are opening up a branch office.
At our current location we have Option 11 running release 25 of the software (kind a old). We are using Octel for voicemail.

Our bandwidth provider recommends going with a MPLS to hook up the 2 sites????
We are looking for features such as hotelling between the 2 sites, 4 digit dialing, single voicemail system...
Please recommend the direction... and also if you can recommend a good solid vendor... if you know of one who can assist us with this project.

We are located in New York, NY.

Thanks in advance for all the info....

MPLS is a good setup, you will need to upgrade your existing switch rls, because any new system you get now is going to be rls 5.0, BO can be a lower release than the MAIN but not the other way around. Two 1.5 meg bonded MPLS circuits at each site should be plenty of bandwith.I would ditch the Octel and go with CallPilot. Also in New York City Versatech Solutions is a very good choice for your vendor.
