Nortel training

I recently took a job with a bank and I support a lot of the branches in the NY metro area. We have systems ranging from small Pro Logix to Norstars to Tel-Rads.
The company has asked me to look into Nortel training. I would be responsible for general knowledge of our Opt 11's and Norstars. Can someone recommend a good training course or track to follow?

I have not used them (I need to), but I understand Global Knowledge has courses that were recommended by our Nortel Rep.1-800-cources or globalknowledge.com
