When I worked for BellSouth we had a local CTDI repair shop in Nashville and we coined it Can't Test Defective Inventory. I took a bad MPB96 board to them for testing that I knew was bad (no voice path) and watched them test it. What a joke. This board would pass all the diagnostic tests just like it did in the live system but that was all they tested. I told them what was wrong with it and they did not know what to test for.
