Nortel Signaling Server Errors

Has anyone ever seen these error messages in Succession 4.0 and if so how did they resolve?

this starts occuring at about 7pm and doesn't stop until our primary nrs is rebooted in the morning.

Sounds like the NRS is going offline. Is the SigServr/NRS fully patched to current? I seem to recall a memeory leak issue being resolved by PEP....
