Nortel service light not on on a BCM400 4.0

It could just be a bad LED on the Base Function Tray, I have seen this before on one of my systems. The power LED was not lit on the front of the BFT however after looking under Administration>System Status>LED Status it showed it was working fine. I tried a reboot but it still will not light up so I'm guessing the LED is defective, it does not effect the operation of the system in anyway.
