Hello I am working on a MICS ver 7.1 software, with call pilot 100 about 4 years old and have a situation with a hunt groupe which susposedidly was working before on the old CICS but ia not now.
I have a hunt groupe (739) and here is the setup of it:
Line assignment - none assigned
Mode - Broadcast
if Busy - Queue
Q Time out - 60 sec
Overflow - 390 (guest mailbox)
Name- cust abreaviated
Aux ring - n
Dist rng -n
there are 6 members to this hunt groupe
What is not happening is that when you call in to this humt group and it is not answered it is suspoesd to go the this guest mail box.
What is happening is after a number of unanswered rings the calling party gets the message that the party is not aviable and the call gose back to the beginning Auto Attentant message. Where it should be going to is the guest mailbox if not answered.
