Does anyone know how to change/extend the time someone is on hold in the system. In one I my offices I found that when a caller is placed on hold (in a MICS system with Music on Hold tied in) the caller will be on hold for about 3 minutes then it will transfer that caller into the voicemailbox for the person that placed them on hold.
Any ideas where I can change this. I'm sure it is simple but I just can't seem to find it.
