Nortel: Meridian Mailbox Password

Having issues with trying to reset a password on a users voice mailbox.
I have tried to go into the settings on the mailbox and reset the password to numerous different things and none seem to work. Have even rebooted the voice mail itself and still can not change the password.
Inside Meridian Mail under the User Administration, trying to change the password. It seems like it is changing but it doesn't work when I try and access the mail from the handset.
Any other places where I can reset a voice mailbox password?

tab down to the line that says disabled, move the cursor over, to enabled..
