Recently, I keep meeting a request by one of my user. She has a Nortel M2616 phone and Plantronics CS50 wireless headset. The user’s headset has a static noise in the background. Once I reset the headset, it become well for several days, then again. Even after I give her a new replacement can not solve the problem.
