Nortel IP Phone 2002 / 2004 Hard reset / Factory Reset

I have an issue in Nortel IP Phone 2002, I tried to configure by pressing soft keys from left to right but not opening configuration menu. It goes to DHCP and finally after some times it shows that DHCP Server unreachable. So I want to revert it back to factory defaults and start again.
Is there any option to make it factory default while booting time ??

You could try this, I think it may work with newer i2002 telephones.....

The factory reset sequence based upon MAC address does not work on the 2001/2002/2004.
