Has anyone got any experience in the above product ?

Initially looking for advice on CDR, want calls charged against the phantoms used by ICD not against the poor souls that ring an internal extension to find they get redirected to a mobile number/the VIP's villa in spain.

Any other advice would be most welcome... seems nobody talks about this product, including Nortel...not a good sign
