Does anyone have a link to this software or know where I can get it from?

Far as I know that software is EOL and can't be downloaded anymore. It was replaced by COM (Configuration and Orchestration Manager).

Sorry forgot to mention - its for windows, its available on Avaya support but I can't access it

The 5520 has a web interface you can use as long as you have a management IP configured. Or just go through the CLI, or see if you can download Java Device Manager, which uses SNMP and is free.
