Where can I find a site so I can download Element Manager for A BCM 50? Appreciate your help.

Either from the BCM systems LAN or OAM port using Microsoft Internet explorer and make sure you log in using the login & password for the system. Select the Administrators tools and there should be a link to download the element manager software.

You can also get it from support.nortel.com so long as you have a login.
