Can a DOC be programmed to open a door without calling the call phone if the customer sees someone walk up from a camera

I am voting no on this since logic says you first need to communicate with the device before you can send a command.
i.e you to call the Door Phone then press 6/OPEN.
You also need to tell the person the Door is unlocked for them anyway unless they hear a click in a quite hallway and assume they are allowed to go in.
