Is it possible to remove the sample site from the software? The tech who installed it said that we shouldn't, but could not say why.

It is TM 3.0, the upgrade from OTM.

You can but nice to have something to refer to unless you and your stadd are pretty savy to OTM ad it's quirks.

I feel that we could get through anything without having to refer to the "sample" sites. How do you remove it?

No real sure, but there is another forum that has some Optivity questions Nortel Networks Optivity. I have heard you can but have never done it myself.

We have tried to do it through the TM screen, but it does not let me, anyone have any other ideas?

You have to remove it from all the other tabs before attempting to remove it from the main screen as it wont remove a tied site

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder
