Hello,
We are in the process of integrating Unity voicemail with Nortel. Unity is on the east coast and when one of our users on the west coast access voicemail, the cdr is outputting everything the user enters (password, #, *, key commands, etc.) as opposed ot the usual, which is the route access code and pilot number. We currently have AVST and the issue is not happing with its pilot number. The two pilot numbers go over the same route, but are built on separate CDPs and RLIs.
Any suggestions?
Thanks.
