Nortel CC6 /IVR

Morning,I have a problem with my CC6 / IVR. We put a point to point SIP Rt in place between two of my sites. Site “B” having the CC6 / IVR it is our help desk . When I place a call to our help desk from site “A” to site “B” the IVR answers when you pick an option it transfer you . As the caller you hear nothing the agent hears nothing but static. We have 2 Line side T-1's and it happens on either card . We have 2 mc32s up to date software it happens with either . I was hoping maybe someone has seen this before . The SS has been updated with the latest software as well the 1000m is 5.5
