What can I do to resolve this?

Fix the ELAN network so that the Branch Office is able to communicate with the Main Office again.

Check that config is correct on the 4 sets, BUID/MOTN in branch matches the Actual TN/DN in main office. Guessing that you have more that 4 users, Network issue all sets would be local
