Nortel BCM 50 with Nortel 2211 ip handset

Looking for files for handset and gateway.I'm getting errors
from both on some files. I think I have the gateway programed but the bcm on the ip set not sure any manual out there or would help Thanks for aany help.

2211 isn't supported on BCM 50 until release 2.0. 2.0 went GA not long ago, so it should be orderable.

Firmware for the handset and gateway is available on Nortel's website. 127.027 is the latest for the 2245, and 97.067 is the latest for the handsets.

BCM 50 went GA on 15 December for upgrades and 20 December for new system sales.

Thanks for all the info,I'm working on getting the files,is there any 3rd party tech support for the ip wireless handsets I can't find any? and agin thank to everyone!
