Greetings from Seattle
We just recently implemented SIP trunking to our Corp site. Previously we had a Verizon Business PRI. I have a site in Mississippi that uses DID numbers associated with analog ports assigned to a fax machine. Since the SIP implemtation, most calls from he analog fax ports time out and then fail. The failed calls are mostly to our Right Fax servers here which have local DID numbers. Calling out to regular fax numbers anywhere else works fine. Ive had a PBX tech on site working with local telco as well as Verizon trying to determine the cause of this. No luck and we are spinning our wheels. Anybody out there having the same or simular issue? Error Correction Mode on the sending fax has been turned off.
Please clue me in.
Thanks,
Soop
