Nortel 1120E IP phone unreachable

Dear sir,

I have configured new cisco switch for new IP range and given the UP link from existing nortel switch and created the new VLAN ID for DATA & voice.but now problem is that after the configuration of phone, it's rebooted and shows server unreachable connecting to S1 then nothing is happen.... :-(
