My friend just bought a building with what appears to be a good Norstar Plus system. I have alot of experience with Avaya systems. I am wondering if anyone can provide me with documentation and information on programming this system. Are there generic passwords into the system and how can I default the PBX and voicemail back to default? Thanks.

If it's a Norstar, your in the wrong forum as this is the Option 11C and larger PBX's Forum. you want the Norstar Forum.
